Kiwi-Kicking Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup oat milk
  • 4 tbs desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp green spirulina
  • 1/4 cup small chunks of kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 sliced kiwi
  • Sprinkle of bee pollen


  • Blend the bananas, oat milk, 2 tbs of desiccated coconut and green spirulina in a food processor.
  • Mix the small chunks of kiwi through the smoothie.
  • For the topping, add the remaining 2 tbs of desiccated coconut, slices of kiwi fruit and a sprinkle of bee pollen.
