Matcha Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup banana flour
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut meal
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbs milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbs matcha
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil (for oiling pan)
  • Strawberries (optional)
  • Blueberries (optional)
  • Bee pollen (optional)
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all of the dry ingredients together.
  • Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  • Oil a cookie cutter and place into a pan. Pour the batter into the cutter and cook over medium heat, for 2-3 minutes both sides.
  • Remove the pancake from the cutter and decorate with optional ingredients.

Makes 12 pancakes.
